Lent Day 4: Let it breathe
After a few hours on trying to work on a song….I think it’s time to let it breathe. Forcing to write a song is like forcing a smile…it’s just unnatural and uncomfortable to experience…and the result isn’t pretty.
So I’m gonna let it breathe. I’ve been meditating on the following truth:
“My darkness is as nothing to you.”
We’ll see what comes of it. But tonight, I’m ok with not having a song. It’s not for the songs that I’m doing this, but to be with Him.
Wait for the Lord, be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.
